When you call Vanguard, you reach the people who actually do the work — not a national call center that routes you to whoever's available. We're based right here in Dallas, and the same crew that inspects your roof is the one that fixes it.
We got our start the old-fashioned way: knocking on doors, meeting neighbors face to face, and earning trust one honest inspection at a time. That hasn't changed. We still believe the best way to run a roofing business is to show up, tell the truth, and do quality work people are happy to recommend.
Roofing is a high-stakes, high-stress purchase — usually one you didn't plan for. Our job is to make it simple and honest: show you what's really going on up there, lay out your real options, and handle the hard parts (like the insurance claim) so you don't have to.
